Scroll bar colors can be modified to any combination that suits your basic color set.

It is advised that a central color theme be selected for your website, then carried through with some consistency. In larger websites, the color scheme may be changed gradually through the passing of several pages, but certain elements of continuity are necessary to assure the viewer that they are still at the same website.
